Settlement desk / US payment tools
About this site
What the site does
ACH Transfers provides browser-based tools for settlement timing, published holiday dates, Same Day windows and limits, and payroll date planning. The site does not originate transfers or inspect accounts. Results are calculated from the values you enter and the self-hosted official-data file.
How results are computed
The timing estimator converts supported local times to Eastern Time. Same Day results select a published FedACH window on an open settlement day. Standard results assume a next-business-day effective date after the modeled submission day. The payroll planner subtracts the provider lead days you select. The business-day tool counts forward using its displayed start-date convention.
Inputs stay in the browser and are not sent to a calculator server. The data file is refreshed with a script that validates the official holiday and processing tables before replacing the last good file. A failed refresh keeps the prior data. Results stop outside the verified calendar years.
Official sources and assumptions
Federal Reserve K.8 supplies holiday dates and observance rules. FedACH supplies the operator schedule. Nacha supplies the stated eligibility checks. Bank customer cutoffs, acceptance status, and account availability are not inferred.
This is an independent educational site. It is not a bank, an ACH operator, or a payment confirmation service.
